1. From the home screen, click on "Ordering".
2. Click on 'Submitted Orders'.
3. Click on 'See details' on an order from a vendor you would like to contact. Then, on the popup that appears, press 'Contact Vendor'.
4. On the popup, you can either make a phone call with the number shown or start drafting an email.
