Shortcuts

• Read general vendor note
• Read item-specific notes
• “Select a new status” for an item
• Accepted quantity is red
• See a recorded delivery

1. From the home screen, click on "Ordering".

2. Click on 'Arriving Orders'.

3. To record a new delivery, click on "Record Delivery" on the On the Way order that arrived.

4. There may be a blue hexagon shown on the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the page:

If this is there, click on the menu, then click on 'Vendor Note' to read. If you do not see this, there is no note.

5. Read any item-specific notes by clicking on cards with the envelope icons in the top right corners.

If you do not see these icons, then there are no item-specific notes.

6. Change the Accepted quantity to match what you received in your delivery. You must click into the input box to change the quantity.

(Note: All quantities start out as the full ordered amount.)
