Uploading Sysco items to your HI Inventory can be done very simply. All you need to do is download your Sysco Order Guide, upload it to your account, and you’re ready to go!

Downloading Your Sysco Order Guide:

1. Log into Sysco Shop, then choose “Lists” in the top left corner.

2. We recommend selecting “Purchase History”, but you can select a different list if you would like.

Note: The items in said list are the items that will be uploaded to your inventory, along with any pricing information in that list.

3. Once you’re in the desired list (i.e. “Purchase History”), click on the 3-dot menu on the top right near the search bar. Then, click on “Export List…”

4. A popup should appear. Make sure “Include pricing information” is switched ON. Then, just click “Export”. Leave the file format as .CSV.

Important Note

Once you export this file, DO NOT modify the file or file format in any way. Just upload the exported .CSV file as-is to prevent errors.

Uploading Your File to the App:

1. On the homepage, go into “Easy Inventory”.
