Below is an explanation of all of the order statuses you will see in your Orders to Fulfill page.
An order from a customer that needs to be confirmed then fulfilled!
An order from a customer that you responded to and plan to fulfill.
An order from a customer that you rejected all items for and will not fulfill.
When declining items in a customer's order, you can queue them for future fulfillment. The attached Confirmed order is the original order.
