Below is an explanation of all of the order statuses you will see in Declined, Submitted, and Arriving Orders within the Ordering section of the app.

1. Submitted Orders

A. Pending

A submitted order that the vendor has not confirmed or declined yet.

B. Queued

An order that a vendor could not fulfill at the time of confirmation, but is queued for future fulfillment by the vendor. The attached Part-Declined or Declined order is the original order.

C. Confirmed

An order that's been fully accepted by the vendor and all items ordered will arrive.
