Shortcuts

• Choose how many of an item to fulfill
• Accept / Reject / Partial an item
• Quickly decline or accept entire order
• Attach a note to a specific item
• Review customer’s requested delivery date
• Attach a general note to the order

1. From the home screen, click on "Ordering".

2. Next, click on "Orders to Fulfill".

The black hexagon with a number inside indicates how many orders are in need of fulfillment.

3. On the 'New Order' or 'Queued Order' you would like to confirm, press on the red 'Confirm order' button.

4. For each item, update the Confirmed quantity with what you are willing to fulfill for the customer.

You must click in the input boxes to change the quantities.

5. You can also use the buttons to accept, reject, or partial an item. Choosing 'Partial' requires you to choose a quantity below the ordered quantity.
