Shortcuts

• Choose how many of an item to fulfill
• Accept / Reject / Partial an item
• Quickly decline or accept entire order
• Contact customer
• Attach a note to a specific item
• Review customer’s requested delivery date
• Attach a general note to the order

1. From the home screen, click on "Ordering".

2. Next, click on "Orders to Fulfill".

The counter shows how many orders need to be fulfilled.

3. On the 'New Order' or 'Queued Order' you would like to confirm, press on the red 'Confirm order' button.

4. For each item, update the Confirmed quantity with what you are willing to fulfill for the customer.

You can type in the input box or use the red arrows to increment/decrement.

5. You can also use the buttons to accept, reject, or partial an item.
