Inventory Page Overview

A. Category Dropdown: filter items by category (ex. protein, produce)

B. Search Bar: search for an item by name, category, sub category, etc.

C. Edit Columns Button: choose from a list of available columns and rearrange their order

D. Filters Button: create and save filters for inventory values and calculations

E. Inventory Item Row: displays item name/description and inventory values

F. "Add New Item" Button: use to add a new inventory item

G. ”Export”, "Clear all", "Undo", “Save” Panel: (from left to right)

Export: exports inventory data as .csv or .xlsx (Note: any applied filters or sorting will be reflected in the exported data)
Clear All: zeros out all existing "On Hand", "New", "Sold" and "Total" values. It cannot be undone and is meant as a way to change the fields in your inventory to 0 for a fresh count. (Note: Previous, Price, and Item characteristics will not be changed.
Undo: reverses the last change made in the app. Cannot be used after hitting save.
Finalize Counts: Only for Admin users, this locks in your counts for an inventory period for reporting purposes. Only do this when you are done counting.
Save: saves all existing changes made in the app.

H. Inventory Lists: Lists used to separate out your inventory— many companies use these to divvy up their list by storage location.
