C. The unit by which you count this item for inventory purchases
D. Total quantity in restaurant (excludes new and sold values)
E. Baseline count that you wish to keep on hand to consider yourself “stocked”
F. Last price the item was purchased at
G. Total quantity on hand at last inventory count
