Order rules allow you to customize how our ordering technology matches you with vendors when placing orders. For example, you can create a rule that will always match you with a certain vendor for your salmon orders. You can make rules for items or categories, and for multiple vendors. If you do not create any rules, we will simply match you with the best price amongst your vendors.

Note: You must be an Admin to use this feature.

1. From the home screen, click on "Your Company".

2. Next, click on "Order Rules".

3. From here, click on "Create a New Rule" at the bottom.

4. Select if you would like to create a rule for a category or an item.

(For example, do you want to set a rule for your entire seafood category, or just for salmon?)

5. Select the rule type.

"Always Order" will make sure to always order that category or item from the selected vendor/s. "Never Order" will make sure to never order that category or item from the selected vendor/s.

6. Choose your category or item.

7. Select one or more vendors to apply this rule to.
